We are building an extremely data-first operations and GTM function at Owner.com. Because our business is high-volume B2B and much of our revenue is tied to our customers’ transaction volume, we have the opportunity to build particularly accurate and insightful analyses and scalable, data-driven systems to power our GTM team. As a Business Operations Analyst supporting our go-to-market teams you will not only help build the above systems, you will also help advance our culture around data discipline and efficiency. This role reports to our Director of Business Operations.
This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the US or Canada.

💻 The impact you will have

    • Grow and maintain our best-in-class go-to-market pipeline that fuel sales motions through AI, automation, and deep data enrichment.
    • Direct impact on improving GTM efficiency and CAC: LTV ratio through data-driven insights and initiatives on the GTM funnel and systems.
    • Enhance marketing analytics to surface and grow highest ROI channels.
    • Ideate, explore, and test new GTM channels to diversify and scale out sales operations.
    • Contribute to and/or lead ad hoc projects as business needs arise.

👥 Who you’ll work with

    • This role reports to our Director of Business Operations, Jonathan Shenkman.
    • You will partner closely with VPs and Directors of our Revenue, Launch (Onboarding), and Marketing teams, in addition to the CFO and other Operations team members.

✅ Minimum requirements

    • 3 + years of relevant operational experience
    • Excellent SQL experience coupled with a technical background or education (STEM)
    • Moderate Python experience would be considered an asset.
    • Experience working with GTM teams to ensure initiatives/sales funnels are pacing well, identify areas we may be underperforming, help diagnose reasons why, and develop new ideas and opportunities for improvements.
    • Highly organized, with an eye for precision and a love for keeping things tidy
    • Experience with SaaS and/or startups is highly preferred
    • Prior experience in the restaurant industry is a plus!
