insightful and analytical team leaders to be financial and strategic
partners to the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Development, Strategy
and Communications teams. Your work will be instrumental to Stripe
achieving its mission, be highly visible to Stripe leadership, and will
drive key insights for senior leadership.
What you’ll do
Responsibilities
- Work with and influence the Legal and Corporate Development, Strategy
and Communications leadership team in all areas of financial
performance, strategic planning - Provide insights that help drive efficient capital investments across
the teams you support - Lead strategic planning for these organizations (e.g., Business
Reviews, Forecasts, Annual Budget, and Long Range Plans)- Evaluate organizational tradeoffs in team resource planning and
serve as a key decision-maker for investment strategies

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational
excellence and efficiencies - Manage the month-end close and BvA (monthly performance analysis vs
budget) process, partnering closely with colleagues in Corporate
F&S and Controllership - Leverage your financial background to support and influence key
strategic and business decisions - Develop and monitor critical success metrics, and communicate
actionable insights to relevant stakeholders
Who you are
We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be

Minimum requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in corporate FP&A or FP&A for
Core G&A functions - Experience driving and executing on finance processes (e.g. budget,
forecast reviews, business cases) - Demonstrated ability to use sound business judgment when collaborating
with a wide-range of stakeholders - The ability to bring structure to ambiguous areas of opportunity and
thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving environment - A keen analytical eye and extensive experience building integrated
models from scratch (in Google Sheets or other planning applications) - The ability to maintain high-performance under tight timelines with a
“roll up your sleeves” mindset - Are a cross-functional collaborator, able to effectively work with
teams across multiple teams, time zones and functions - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred qualifications
- Experience working at a high-growth technology or financial services
company - Oracle, Anaplan, or other equivalent application experience
- Experience with SQL or a willingness to learn
Pay & Benefits
The annual US base salary range for this role is $145,300 – $196,500. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
