Business Development Representatives at RippleMatch play a vital role in attracting, engaging, and building relationships with potential customers who range from Fortune 500 companies to late stage startups. What You’ll Do:

  • Manage an Account List of prospects that range from C-Suite Executives to Campus Recruiters at companies ranging in size from Fortune 500 to late stage start-ups
  • Hunt for new business not already on our radar, sell new campus teams on RippleMatch, and create opportunities for our Account Executives
  • Strategically and creatively use email, RippleMatch content and events, and LinkedIn outreach to create and nurture relationships with prospects
  • Design and craft messaging for our mass email campaigns
  • Learn the foundations of customer success, sales and marketing

Who You Are:

  • A strong writer with excellent use of transitions and sentence structure
  • A natural at connecting and building relationships with individuals from a wide array of backgrounds
  • Well organized and detail-oriented, being able to track hundreds leads and accounts on a day to day basis
  • Gritty and resilient, with an ability to overcome adversity while taking ownership of both personal wins and losses
  • A team player, who is willing to take on extra responsibilities when necessary and welcomes the opportunity to train teammates
