We’re looking for Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our growing team. The Business Development team partners closely with our sales teams  to drive the outbound sales efforts in new and existing accounts. As a Business Development Representative, your primary responsibility is to generate sales pipeline through multi-channel prospecting including emails, cold calling, video, and social outreach.
This is a Remote opportunity within Canada and the US.

What we’re looking for:

    • You have 1 or more years of relevant professional experience with prospecting, cold calling, emailing, networking, and researching. Preference for a proven track record of success as a BDR/SDR.
    • You have a strong sense of curiosity and can uncover business initiatives and challenges that prospective customers are having. Being an effective problem solver is critical in this role.
    • You have strong business acumen and can speak to the business value that 1Password brings to our customers.
    • You have excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • You are a motivated individual who is driven to achieve goals and who can demonstrate persistence.
    • You have a growth mindset and positive attitude.
    • It’s a bonus if you have experience in the SaaS industry or have worked within the Security or IT space.
    • It’s also a bonus if you have personal experience with 1Password as it will help you quickly gain confidence in this role.

What you can expect:

    • You will research and prospect into target accounts with the goal of generating interest and booking meetings with our Sales Executive team.
    • You will get to know 1Password and what challenges it solves for our customers and users.
    • You will leverage an industry-leading software stack in your outbound prospecting, including Salesforce, Outreach, and Linkedin Sales Navigator.
    • You will try new things – if something isn’t working, you’ll be encouraged to be creative and to try new tactics and strategies.
USA-based roles only: The Annual base salary for this role is $63,000 USD and is commission eligible. The role is also eligible for immediate participation in 1Password’s benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
