Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to join our Global Airline client’s team. This role will focus on Digital Servicing in the AI space, managing multiple technology projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will be a leader capable of driving projects while managing details to deliver on-time and on-budget in a high-energy environment.
Organize and execute multiple scopes, from concept to completion, focusing on AI-driven digital servicing.
Create and implement precise management plans for each project, ensuring clear communication at all levels.
Conduct quality assurance evaluations at every development stage.
Develop user requirements for systems in production to maximize usability.
Collaborate with various business units (sales, finance, security, compliance) to develop necessary analysis and documentation.
Maintain systems processes, including monthly status reporting.
Author and update internal and external documentation, initiating and delivering requirements and documentation formally.
Perform daily system analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems.
Develop sustainable and productive relationships with partners for optimized system integration.
Respond to managerial and executive queries with supporting research and recommendations.
Required Skills & Experience:
Technical Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
Strong experience in analytics and systems development.
High proficiency with SQL language and database management.
Proven analytical abilities and experience generating process documentation and reports.
Excellent communication skills, able to translate data into actionable insights.
Experience with Business Objects and knowledge of ITIL Foundations.
