Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Business Analyst with a strong background in Data Science to join our team. This role will collaborate closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders across key functions such as Claims, Underwriting, Production, Finance, and Billing. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing data-driven solutions, and bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities:
– Partner with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze business and data requirements.
– Translate business objectives into actionable data insights and solution specifications.
– Work closely with data science and engineering teams to support model development, data integration, and analytics delivery.
– Ensure solutions align with business goals and regulatory requirements.
– Facilitate user acceptance testing and support implementation efforts.

Qualifications:
– Bachelors degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
– 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the insurance industry.
– Strong understanding of insurance domain functions such as Claims, Underwriting, and Billing.
– Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau) and comfortable working with large datasets.
– Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
