Be a part of our dynamic client-focused team and make a difference in your career! Analyze inside sales, outside sales and call center channel activity and performance across all key metrics. Essential Functions/Areas of Accountability Active participant working collaboratively with sales management, operations and finance to define revenue/sales plan target into sales plan goals by territory and individual. Provide analytical support and have a good understanding of sales channels and business models. Deliver standard pipeline, referrals and other sales performance reporting by department, region and territory each period. Provide analytical and ad-hoc support to sales management for advanced/periodic needs; includes evaluating effectiveness of new performance metrics. Create and maintain standard and ad hoc reporting for internal and external call center stakeholders. Provide tactical and strategic call center inbound and outbound volume analysis. Administration of Salesforce.com including maintaining data accuracy, assessing and improving workflows and managing roles and profiles. Leverage salesforce.com dashboard and other reporting tools to support sales performance reporting, monitoring and tracking. Prepare and present commentary and analysis in written form to share insights from analysis and to support and influence decision making. Serve as an advisor to sales leadership on performance/results. Monitor data and provides analysis to illustrate sales trends, identify weaknesses in current sales execution and support future sales strategy. Develop detailed knowledge of our product portfolio and a strong understanding of our current and future market opportunities and sales processes. Process Changes: Constantly evaluate current process and making recommendations for improvement, standardization and tools. Identify and execute on ideas to generate business intelligence and generate commercial benefit to the sales organization. Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelors/University level degree in related business or operations field required MBA or equivalent preferred 3-10 years work experience in Sales, Financial or Business Analysis or related discipline Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. The candidate should have the ability or aptitude to perform complicated analysis like forecasting and regression Must have strong computer knowledge skills. Must be adept in use of MS Office, particularly advanced skills in Excel; skills in MS Access or similar database application would be advantageous, internet and email; order processing systems, and Salesforce.com CRM knowledge is required The typical base pay range for this role is USD $76,700 – $115,000 per year. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience, skills and other market-based factors.
