Job Summary:
We are seeking a Brokerage Enablement Manager to join our Operations team at Real. The Enablement Manager leads our Enablement Coordinator team which supports the brokerage by serving as the face of the company with various departments of real estate, realtor associations and other vendors. The manager is responsible for ensuring team understanding of operating procedures and overseeing Real’s ability to maintain a good standing with all licensing entities and authorities.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Monitor team performance, both at a team and individual level. Ensuring required work is completed & deadlines are met.
- Manage Brokerage Enablement Coordinators & Admin team in India, including ownership of performance, training, team meetings & escalation point
- Meet 1:1 regularly with team members to facilitate development conversations
- Create a supportive and collaborative environment for all team members
- Complete regular QA reviews of team members completed Zendesk tickets to provide actionable feedback
- Identify challenging processes & escalate to leadership for improvement
- Ensure Real remains in good standing with departments of real estate & realtor associations
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proven success in managerial role with comfort in providing feedback and developing team members
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentations kills; extraordinary listening skills
- Strong problem solving and quick to learn operation processes
- Ability to adapt quickly to learn new technologies & processes
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of proven experience in team management role
- Previous experience in residential real estate and technology a plus
- Previous work experience with customer service systems such as Zendesk preferred
