The Bilingual Inbound/Outbound Enrollment Specialist will contact potential customers to inform them of available product offerings, consult with them on the best product for their situation, and close the sale with the customer.


Position responsibilities:

  • Calling prospective customers who have requested information, and sharing details about various online schooling options
  • Handling inbound calls from families interested in enrolling, determining best options, and providing assistance with enrollment systems and process
  • Developing relationships with parents as an educational advisor and consultant generating and enhancing interest in the various client products and services
  • Understanding differences between public and private charter schools, home schooling, and other product offerings with the ability to describe the differences to potential customers
  • Providing recommendations to parents/primary caregivers on which school solution is the best for their situation
  • Utilizing Knowledge Base to keep up to date with frequent changes to schools and their enrollment policies and procedures, messaging these appropriately to parents/primary caregivers
  • Requesting and closing the sale of parents/primary caregivers relative to the best solution for their situation
  • Explaining the enrollment processes, and next steps based on the product chosen
  • Meeting key performance indicators for employee attendance, phone productivity, enrollments, call quality, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, and schedule adherence
  • Handling multiple job tasks at one time and escalating issues in a timely manner


The Candidate:

Required skills:

  • Bilingual in written and spoken Spanish and English (equivalent to English fluency of CEF C1 level or above)
  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Solutions-oriented
  • Ability to identify customer educational needs and find appropriate solutions
  • Computer knowledge and internet navigation skills
  • Ability to handle multiple job tasks at one time and escalate issues in a timely manner
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to take inbound (voice) phone calls in a conversational manner
  • Willing to accept a temporary assignment
  • Must reside within an approved state*
  • Must be able to work from home with the following internet requirements: High-speed Internet Connection (Cable, Fiber, DSL)
    • Mobile Broadband is not supported, this is satellite, wireless/cellular hotspot service, and point to point internet service
    • 40 Mbps Download
    • 20 Mbps Upload
    • 100ms Ping or less
    • Jitter: 40 MS or less
    • Hardwired Connection
      • Wired connection from the modem/router to the device, no splits/gaps or usage of Wi-Fi bridges


Preferred skills:

  • College degree or some college completed
  • 1 or more years of customer service experience


Pay rate is $16/hour. We use national and industry-specific survey data to assist in determining compensation. Additionally, we consider factors such as external market rate, budget for the role, and the compensation rates of current employees performing the same function. Some roles will have variable pay.
