In this role, you’ll lead the development and execution of a long-term benefits strategy that balances employee needs, company goals, and regulatory compliance. About the Team  –The Benefits team is at the heart of our people strategy, ensuring our employees feel supported, informed, and empowered by world-class benefits programs. We work cross-functionally with People Analytics, People Operations, People Technology, and external stakeholders to innovate and optimize key benefits initiatives. Strategic programs range from Health and Welfare benefits to Mental Health and Financial Wellness. Innovation, engagement and efficiency are top of mind for this team as they play an essential role in shaping a workplace and culture where everyone thrives together.

 

About the Job 

  • Rotating Program Management of US benefit offerings including core benefits (medical, dental, vision, pharmacy) as well as ancillary programs
  • Global benefit program management and annual renewal activities
  • Craft and distribute benefit communications Support the renewal for AUS and China
  • Support escalated employee issues
  • Manage new vendor contracting and third party risk review with cross-functional partners
  • Support benefit strategy and execution of annual US Open Enrollment
  • Involvement in US benefit Strategy meetings for 2027
  • Manage implementation of new benefit programs
  • Ensure plan compliance with ERISA, Section 125 and other regulatory requirements.

 

About You

Minimum Qualifications

  • Prior experience in US benefit administration, including managing Open Enrollment for 1000+ employees
  • Proficiency in creating clear, employee facing communications and slide decks
  • Solid working knowledge of benefit regulations such as ERISA, ACA, and HIPAA.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex, detail-oriented tasks.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Prior experience working with Jira and Workday

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in HR or Benefits Management (e.g., CEBS, SPHR, SHRM-CP).
  • Experience managing and integrating benefits.
  • Prior success in using AI to optimize benefits operations.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex decision-making situations while maintaining compliance.
