The AVP, Privileged Access Management will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy, and roadmap for our Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of security, our stakeholder and align with our business objectives. This role will be responsible for preparing for the next stage of transformation for Privileged Access Management, focusing on overall risk reduction, operational efficiency, and usability utilizing automation, data analytics and increased monitoring capabilities.
How You’ll Help Us Build a Confident Future
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for PAM solutions.
- Develop plan for Privileged Access Management for public cloud solutions (Azure etc.)
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Set clear goals and objectives for the product, aligned with organizational strategies.
- Develop metric-based reports and KPIs to provide visibility on scope, coverage, identify gaps and enhancement opportunities for the PAM solutions
- Privileged Access Maturity: Oversees the expansion of CyberArk and Microsoft PIM. Develop business cases that drive the adoption of the tools by proving the benefits.
- Work with the teams to address vulnerabilities and implement robust security measures.
- Lead and support the design and build of PAM technical capabilities.
- Partners closely with infrastructure teams, application teams, business, etc. to drive the evolution of the Privileged Access product(s).
- Maintain and refine product backlog; user stories and acceptance criteria and prioritizes all stories to ensure work focuses on those with maximum business value that align with product strategy.
What You Need to Succeed
- Minimum 10 years of experience in designing or implementing complex technology projects, with a focus on Privilege Access Management
- 6+ years of experience in working with industry leading PAM solutions
- 5+ years of experience in both on-prem and cloud-based access control, access management, access governance and identity methodologies
- Well-developed ability to collaboratively develop and evolve a product backlog
- Well-developed ability to develop and articulate a product vision that supports outcomes, value and prioritization of work
- Advanced understanding and demonstrated abilities in support of the Lean/Agile mindset
- Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills including ability to collaborate with and empower teams
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to influence/manage senior stakeholders
- Deep understanding of current and evolving industry trends in Identity & Access at a global, enterprise level
