Role and Responsibilities

    • Lead cross-functional engagements and ensure cohesive delivery across Data & Analytics teams, often including Business Intelligence and Data Engineering
    • Act as a strategic analytics partner for Dining & Convenience clients, proactively identify opportunities to expand client analytics maturity
    • Conduct data strategy programming, including assessing data signals, KPI setting, ecosystem and readiness assessments, roadmapping deliverables, and value creation cycles
    • Provide perspectives on necessary data advancement recommendations, including data warehousing, modeling, engineering, business intelligence, or other data activities to support business outcomes
    • Design reporting solutions, oversee development, and leverage the resulting dashboards to drive actionable insights for clients (weekly, monthly and/or quarterly business reviews)
    • Use the results of the analysis to create a value narrative that communicates program success and persuades account and client stakeholders for expansion and investment
    • Directly manage a team of BI Developers and Analysts who develop reporting and deliver ongoing analysis and insights to clients; ensure career growth, quality delivery, and maintain target billable utilization rates
    • Work closely with Analytics Platforms teams on app and web tracking requirements
    • Partner with Data Engineering teams on ingestion and transformation needs across various platforms
    • Establish the discovery and insight cadence with design, product, and strategy teams for continued optimization

Preferred Qualifications

    • 6+ years of relevant work experience in digital marketing analytics; consulting experience preferred, experience in dining industry preferred
    • 2+ years managing a team of technical practitioners
    • Functional expertise with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Looker Studio
    • SQL expertise required
    • Experience analyzing digital marketing data (app, web, CRM, paid media, social, etc.); familiarity with various methods of extraction
    • Experience with Google Cloud Platform and Google BigQuery a plus
    • Knowledge of core data warehouse concepts
    • Keen eye for developing insightful data visualization
    • Industry knowledge of the advanced analytics landscape
