The right candidate for this role is prepared to:

  • Interact with inbound prospects through conversational channels to engage and qualify them for our Agency Partner Program.
  • Wrangle spreadsheets, LinkedIn, and CRM data to figure out strategies to connect with new Agencies.
  • Drive acquisition campaigns to attract new agency partners and scale the APAC region.
  • Work with colleagues to develop and refine ABM strategies.
  • Manage a portfolio of partner agencies, conduct QBRs and organize opportunities to go to market together
  • Build long lasting, trusted relationships with agency partners
  • Help agency partners to unlock new perks and opportunities by growing their relationship with Platform.sh
  • This job is about working smarter, not just “hitting your dials.”

Requirements:

  • Curiosity! You must be driven to learn about our customers, their businesses, technology (ours and theirs), and relationship management.
  • Ambition. This is a new role of the APAC region. You will need to be a self starter, with a hunger to grow and expand.
  • Communication. Being a distributed company, we don’t have the benefit of walking around to see one another, so proactive communication is a must. We’ll expect you to both give constructive feedback and ask for help when you need it.
  • Organization and time management. These two ingredients are absolutely essential when working remotely.
  • Comfort with pace and uncertainty.
  • Goal orientation. This is a sales and marketing role after all. We’re all about developing qualified leads and pushing the business forward.
