Demandbase is seeking an Advertising Campaign Manager to play a critical role in supporting our high-growth Ads Assist initiative. This dual role combines the precision of campaign execution with the opportunity to engage directly with customers. As the first Advertising Campaign Manager hire, you’ll help shape the role and lay the groundwork for future growth paths—whether into advertising strategy or post-sales customer success. The Advertising Campaign Manager will partner closely with Ad Ops and Ad Strategy teams to ensure campaigns launch flawlessly and deliver measurable impact.

This role also offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in strategy, analytics, and cross-functional customer engagement, with clear growth paths into a Strategist-level position.

The base compensation range for this position, excluding company bonus, is $95,000.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own the execution of Ads Assist campaigns, ensuring they launch accurately, on time, and without errors that could impact customer trust.
  • Act as the bridge between AdOps and ACS, collaborating closely with the Ads Strategist to translate campaign strategy into execution.
  • Join customer calls to answer basic platform, creative, or campaign questions, while escalating strategic discussions to the appropriate partner.
  • Maintain extreme responsiveness to customer and campaign deadlines—dropping lower-priority tasks when necessary to ensure on-time launches.
  • Support overflow work such as pulling avails, reporting, QA, and campaign monitoring when bandwidth allows.
  • Operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Build a strong foundation for career growth, with opportunities to advance into Ads Assist strategy roles or post-sales ACS positions, depending on business needs.
