We are looking for a resourceful, proactive, and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to two senior leaders of our Sales and Revenue Operations & Analytics teams.
As a Senior Administrative Assistant, you will act as a collaborative and dependable partner, ensuring your leaders’ time is managed efficiently through expert calendar coordination, thoughtful communication, and seamless event and travel management. You will work closely with the Affirm Executive Support Team, contributing as a solutions-oriented team player who enables leaders to focus on strategic priorities.
What You’ll Do:
- Expert calendar management: Efficiently schedule meetings with internal and external partners, successfully anticipate and resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
- Meeting cadence and preparation: Create calendar events, draft agendas, develop presentation materials, and ensure attendees are informed and prepared. Provides daily recaps and meeting summaries via AI tooling to maintain clarity, alignment, and accountability.
- Meeting follow-up: Attend select meetings to capture key action items, track deliverables, and ensure timely completion of follow-up tasks.
- Event coordination: Plan and execute team-building activities, partner meetings, and on-site/off-site sessions with precision and attention to detail.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with the Executive Support team to align priorities and share best practices across the wider Affirm organization.
- Administrative operations: Manage expense reports and organize complex travel logistics; own document preparation using Google Suite and Microsoft Office; take ownership of ad-hoc special projects as needed.
- Financial stewardship: Support invoice and purchase order processing, and collaborate with leadership and Finance to monitor and analyze departmental budgets and expenses.

- 2–4 years of relevant administrative experience, ideally supporting a Revenue or Commercial leadership team.
- Highly proactive and strategic, anticipating needs, planning ahead, and ensuring leaders and teams are always prepared.
- Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth company, with the agility to pivot quickly as priorities evolve.
- Strong proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and expense/travel management software.
- Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment in handling sensitive information.
- A collaborative and communicative work style, with the ability to give and receive feedback constructively.
- A solutions-oriented, positive, and supportive approach to teamwork and problem-solving.
- A champion for team culture and engagement, coordinating recognition programs and reinforcing Affirm’s values.
- Willingness to travel 6–8 times per year for team and company meetings or events.
USA base pay range (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT) per year: $115,000 – $155,000
USA base pay range (all other U.S. states) per year: $102,000 – $142,000
