As Ezra’s Account Manager (Contractor), your mission is acquiring new customers and creating raving fans. You will be a champion of the entire employer sales process from start to finish, and you will use your creative prospecting skills to strategically pursue net new business.
As a part of Ezra’s growth team, you will become a master of discovery & a strategic business partner for prospective customers. You will play a huge role in our company’s growth while navigating your own individual growth journey as well. You are at the forefront of helping companies detect cancer early for their employees.
You’ll be joining a team that is growth-oriented & excited to evolve the healthcare experience as we know it.
Duration: 6 months with the possibility of extension
Your responsibilities will include:
- Grow revenue within existing and new accounts by identifying new sales opportunities.
- Manage prospects from lead to close, articulating and demonstrating Ezra’s value proposition effectively.
- Land new business within greenfield territory
- Become a product expert across our platform and understand the competitor landscape.
- Engage and educate senior executives on the importance of full body cancer and disease screening.
- Maintain weekly sales forecast and achieve quota quarterly.
- Engaging and creating lasting relationships with customers, becoming a strategic business partner.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant full cycle sales experience, preferably with a tech solution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Entrepreneurial, growth-driven, and people-oriented.
- Proven track record of grit (resilience, passion and tenacity)
- Salesforce experience a plus
- Familiarity with a medical environment is a plus
