As an Account Executive, Payments you will be responsible for:

  • Researching potential business opportunities for our credit card processing solution (Tally) within our existing client base and among new potential customers
  • Generating revenue between both new business opportunities and upgrades of our existing clients
  • Owning and driving the full sales cycle – prospecting, discovery/qualification, demonstrating the product, negotiating the pricing and terms, and closing the deal
  • Conducting compelling and engaging product demonstrations via Zoom
  • Coordinating with our Customer Experience team to ensure a smooth customer experience for upgrades within our existing client base

  • Action-oriented: You thrive in fast-paced environments and are highly self-motivated to succeed. You’re a self-starter who is comfortable wearing multiple hats and able to think on your feet.

Now that we’ve told you what the job looks like, here are the qualifications we’re looking for in a candidate:

  • 2+ years of B2B quota-carrying sales experience, preferably with complex or technical products like SaaS
  • Strong preference for payment processing sales experience
  • Strong preference for knowledge of the different players in the payment processing landscape or travel experience
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully demo an intangible product for various use cases (software, services, etc.)
  • Experience with managing a full sales cycle from prospect to close
  • Experience using a CRM like Salesforce.com to manage sales pipeline/processes
