Osano is hiring an experienced B2B SaaS Account Executive with a focus on data mapping and data discovery  to join our growing team. You will be the rainmaker targeting compliance, data security, and legal decision-makers at small and medium businesses. You’ll receive warm leads but as a full cycle (e.g. lead to contract) Account Executive, you will be expected to hunt. The compensation for this role is a combination of base + commission.

  • Sell Osano’s proprietary data mapping and data discovery applications to SMB and Enterprise organizations seeking to satisfy regulatory requirements such as GDPR and CCPA.
  • Identify goals and needs/requirements of prospects and clients, including budgetary constraints and key decision-makers
  • Create effective presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements
  • Meet/Exceed individual targets and contribute to the overall team success
  • Provide account analysis and revenue forecast
  • Manage/Ensure a strong pipeline; make prospecting part of a regular routine, ensure new prospects/opportunities are being added to the pipeline on a consistent basis
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure clients’ success/satisfaction
  • Travel may be required for large deals (do what you need to do to close the deal)




  • 10+ years of quota-carrying sales
  • Experience managing/closing early-stage product sales-cycles
  • Understanding of data mapping, data discovery, eDiscovery, or related spaces.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Track record of over-achieving quota in past positions
