Join Five9’s Enterprise Solutions team and help global organizations transform how they engage customers. You’ll lead discovery, design, and demo of Five9’s cloud and AI-powered contact center solutions for large enterprise clients.What You’ll Do
- Partner with Enterprise Sales to uncover customer goals and build tailored Five9 solutions.
- Lead discovery sessions and translate business needs into scalable architectures.
- Deliver persuasive demos and executive-level presentations.
- Shape RFP/RFI responses with clear technical scope and integration plans.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Professional Services for smooth hand-offs and aligned messaging.
- Stay current on AI, automation, and contact center trends to guide customer innovation.
What You Bring
- 5+ years in pre-sales or solution consulting for SaaS, CCaaS, or enterprise software.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with C-suite presence.
- Hands-on knowledge of CRM integration, IVR, APIs, and AI tools (AI agents, chatbots, IVA, generative AI).
- Technical fluency in telco/SIP and enterprise architecture.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
Nice to Have
- Experience with LLMs, NLU, workflow automation, or CX analytics.
- Knowledge of contact center operations and compliance (HIPAA, PCI).
- Familiarity with UCaaS, Knowledge Management, and Conversation Design.
