As a New Construction Program Manager, you’ll bring teams together to turn strategic ideas into tangible outcomes. Partnering with Strategy, Product, and Sales, you’ll organize complex efforts, establish clear plans and timelines, and keep cross-functional partners aligned through thoughtful communication and structure. You’ll guide each program from planning to launch and beyond, creating structure and momentum along the way so teams stay aligned, informed, and focused on delivering results together. You’ll also lead readiness efforts — coordinating trainings, authoring SOPs and documentation, and ensuring our sales and operations teams are fully equipped to adopt new products and processes with confidence.
You Will Get To:
- Act as the connector who brings clarity and alignment to complex product and program initiatives, guiding them from concept to launch and driving meaningful, measurable impact across teams.
- Own and maintain core program documentation, including project plans, schedules, risk and dependency trackers, and communication frameworks.
- Translate new product or process updates into actionable steps for the sales organization — designing how the frontline engages and supports each offering.
- Partner with Sales leadership to ensure readiness, including leading trainings, developing enablement materials, and authoring SOPs or process documentation.
- Anticipate and adapt to changing information or scope, proactively updating plans and communicating adjustments across teams.
- Build deep expertise in your assigned programs, serving as the central point of contact for updates, questions, and issue resolution.
- Monitor post-launch outcomes to identify insights and opportunities for continuous improvement.
