CrowdStrike’s Office of CIO is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to enhance and optimize our operational workflows and processes. This role will focus on translating business needs into well-defined requirements, designing efficient workflows, and improving our processes and OKR tracking methodologies. The position requires analytical thinking and process expertise to leverage Workboard, JIRA, and Tableau to drive process improvements and enable data-driven decision making.
What You’ll Do:
- Gather and document business requirements for IT processes and workflows
- Design and optimize workflows across Workboard and JIRA platforms
- Create insightful Tableau dashboards for OKR and metrics
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance tool adoption
- Create and maintain documentation, user guides, and best practices
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
- Partner with teams to optimize OKR tracking and reporting
- Drive continuous improvement through workflow optimization
- Responsible for creating or maintaining a Workboard champion/coach community
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
- Strong expertise in business process analysis and requirements gathering
- Experience with Workboard, JIRA, and Tableau from a user perspective
- Proven experience in developing and delivering training
- Excellence in written and verbal communication
- Strong process mapping and workflow design skills
- Ability to translate business needs into effective solutions

- Experience in cybersecurity industry
- Knowledge of IT Service Management best practices
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Background in OKR implementation and tracking
- Expertise in data visualization and storytelling
