This is a full-time, temporary position set to end on November 28th, with the possibility to transition to a standard role pending performance and business need.
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join the Clinical Talent Acquisition team in hiring exceptional clinicians at Two Chairs. As a member of the TA Operations Team, you will play a key role in helping to accelerate our growth and scale by enabling our Talent Acquisition Partners in their recruiting efforts, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for candidates and internal stakeholders by managing critical processes across our hiring and onboarding workflows.
Core Areas of Responsibility
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our applicant tracking system (ATS); ensure all candidate records are current and compliant.
- Monitor, triage, and complete talent acquisition support tickets in a timely manner.
- Review inbound applications, escalating qualified candidates to the appropriate recruiters or hiring managers.
- Work closely with Recruiters to craft and deliver an amazing standard for candidate experience, including interview scheduling, engaging email templates, etc.
- Support and maintain the company-wide employee referral program.
- Oversee candidate documentation and compliance processes
- Partner with the people, onboarding and credentialing teams to ensure a seamless transition from hire to start date.
- Assist in setting up job requisitions and postings across relevant platforms.
- Keep talent acquisition SOPs, process guides, and documentation current and organized.
- Communicate professionally, tactfully, and kindly while maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times.
- Support the TA Operations on special projects as needed.
We’re looking for someone with:
- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, or HR support (healthcare or clinical setting a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)
- Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Jira (or similar ticketing systems)
- Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information
Compensation & Benefits
The offer range is dependent on qualifications and experience. The full salary range for this full-time, exempt role is $65,705 – $77,300.
