Essential Functions Communicate effectively and partner with stakeholders across business units (ex: sales, finance, operations, engineering) to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way. Formally initiate, facilitate, and deliver business, process and system requirements. Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to discuss/clarify requirements and solution details, prioritize requirements according to their needs, while identifying gaps, assumptions and dependencies. Assist the business with identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending solutions. Document and define end to end processes and solutions that meet stakeholder needs and adhere to defined standards. Support the development and testing team, providing clarification of requirements and performing walkthrough and knowledge transfer sessions when needed. Develop persona, use case. and acceptance criteria for development and testing teams. Develop test plans used by testing and development teams to approve releases. Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with teams for optimized business and systems processes and respond to questions and concerns from internal teams and with supporting research and recommendations. Conduct process & system analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems. Provide status updates on assigned work in a concise and meaningful way to various managers and stakeholders. Performs other duties as assigned, including departmental & cross-functional projects. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required High School Diploma required. Bachelors Degree Preferred. Proficient in MS Office; able to create reports, presentations, and project documentation. Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills. Other Experience & Requirements 5+ years experience performing business analysis activities including facilitating, generating process requirements, documentation and reports. Experience with Jira, Nintex, Lucidchart, TMForum and Salesforce a plus, yet not required. Experience with Requirements Writing & Requirements Review. Entrepreneurial & self-motivation skills necessary. The annualized salary for this role ranges from: $70, 000 – $80,000. Actual rate offered influenced by multiple factors including: education, training, relative skills & abilities, business needs, market factors, and work location.
