Macclesfield District General Hospital is a friendly and helpful hospital, where people work together with full co-operation and teamwork, to the benefit of the service in supporting the local community.
It is a modern and developing hospital with facilities including a state-of-the-art education and training centre, a £3 million Macmillan Cancer Resource Centre, a day case unit and a new stroke rehabilitation ward. Set on the edge of the beautiful country side of the Peak District, Macclesfield is in easy reach of many cities including Manchester and the major transport links.
