The Business Systems Analyst will be a key contributor on the Revenue Technology (“RevTech”) team, responsible for managing the scale, maintenance, improvements, and architecture of Salesforce and associated integrated applications. The Business Systems Analyst partners with business stakeholders to execute against short and long term needs, ensuring optimal configuration of applications in alignment with business needs. The role combines strategic responsibilities with hands-on technical work and day to day execution to drive innovation across the company, with a primary focus on Salesforce and its ecosystem.

- Gather requirements from business stakeholders and refine into actionable items for technical development or research
- Develop and implement basic Salesforce changes that deliver a solution to business problems
- Understand business and technical priorities and ensure alignment with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
- Understand our Salesforce data points and their impact on data dependent processes, automation, and analyses
- Own the maintenance and enhancement of essential processes within Salesforce and the Business System technology stack
- Provide support to team members on overall system design, integrations and enhancements
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and managing Salesforce environments
- Knowledge of Salesforce object schema and relationship
- Ability to build Salesforce Reports or query data using SOQL
- Understanding of Salesforce Flow automation
- Experience with the implementation and management of SaaS integrations for Salesforce such as Zendesk or Zapier
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ implementation and management is a plus but not required
- Experience analyzing large data set using Excel or Google Sheets
- Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills in relation to user processes and system gaps
- Familiarity with project management methodology such as Scrum-Agile and Kanban
- Understand system integration and ETL processes
- Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate complex information to audiences at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to set proper time and resource expectations with stakeholders
- Works effectively and diligently with or without deadlines
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively

For US based applicants:
– The US base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000 – $110,000 annually + equity + benefits
– Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location
